Welcome to TranscriberSolutions. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

TranscriberSolutions offers professional transcription services, converting audio and video recordings into digital text formats (including Word, PDF, TXT, and SRT). Services are available through tiered pricing packages (Starter, Professional, Premium) and can be tailored to client requirements.

Client responsibilities:

Clients must ensure that they have the legal right to share the audio or video content provided for transcription.
Clients must not upload content that is illegal, abusive, discriminatory, or infringes on third-party rights.
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide, including file quality and specifications.

Delivery & turnaround:

Delivery times vary depending on the selected package and project length. Estimated delivery timelines will be provided at the time of order confirmation.
We will make every reasonable effort to deliver on time. However, delays may occur due to technical issues, poor audio quality, or other factors beyond our control.

Pricing & payment:

Prices are displayed as “starting from” rates. A final quote will be agreed with the client before work begins.
Payment is required in full before transcription work is delivered.
All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Confidentiality:

All files and transcripts are treated as strictly confidential.
Files will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
On request, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed prior to work commencing.

Revision & accuracy:

We strive for a high level of accuracy in all transcripts.
One round of minor revisions is included with each order. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Accuracy may be limited if audio quality is poor or unclear.

Refunds & cancellations:

Once transcription has started, cancellations and refunds are not available.
If delivery has not begun, clients may request a cancellation in writing.
Refunds will only be considered in cases where TranscriberSolutions is unable to complete the agreed work.

Limitation of liability:

TranscriberSolutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the service in question.

Data protection:

TranscriberSolutions complies with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.
Files and transcripts are securely stored and deleted after a reasonable retention period (unless otherwise agreed).
Clients may request deletion of their files at any time.

TranscriberSolutions reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
